This yearly support plan is designed to help individuals keep their systems up to date and offers the flexibility for quick and easy remote support should issues arise.

INCLUDES: 

· Remote and On-site Support for covered Equipment billed on a time and materials basis

· Regular Patch Management (Microsoft Systems)

· Installation and Management of Application patches

· System monitoring for critical system events (ex: hard drive capacity issues, critical system failure issues, etc.)

· Scheduled Spyware & Virus scans and removal

· Covered Servers monitored 24/7 for critical system errors (service/support not included)

 

DOES NOT INCLUDE:

· Any support hours—all support is billed on a time and materials basis according to the terms of the agreement.

· Any consulting hours or project work.  All consulting hours are billed on a time and materials basis.  Any project work will be covered under a separate proposal.

 

SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT:

· Support Coverage 8a—6p Eastern US

· 6 Hour Initial Response Time Commitment for Covered Equipment

· Priority support in the event of an emergency

 

NOTES/ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS/EXCEPTIONS:

· Opt out of this agreement after three months with a 60-day notice period.

· Eligible to upgrade to a ‘higher’ level support plan at any time with no additional fees/charges
