We can’t save you from all your technology woes, but we will do our best to minimize them. We understand that when your computers are working, it’s amazing. But when they don’t…it’s really bad. Saying that it’s frustrating doesn’t do it justice. It goes beyond frustration when things don’t work the way they should. That’s why we created eyeSUPPORT Premium. We will show up on your doorstep if need be.
This service level includes our remote support software, maintenance routine, unlimited remote support, AND unlimited onsite support. We even built in regular technology planning meetings. We work with you to create a technology plan to meet your needs. With this plan, we will support all your hardware (network, laptops, desktops and servers) and software. Project work is billable.
Shoes are never one size fits all, and your IT support and services shouldn't be either. About 95% of support requests can be handled remotely, and with the eyeSUPPORT Plus plan, all remote support during normal business hours is included. After hours, holidays, on-site or project work is billable.
