This service level includes our remote support software, maintenance routine, unlimited remote support AND unlimited onsite support. We even built in regular technology planning meetings and we work with you to create a technology plan designed to meet your specific needs. With this plan we will support all your hardware (laptops, desktops and servers) and software. Project work is billable.

About 95% of support requests can be handled remotely and with the eyeMANAGE Unlimited Remote plan all remote support during normal business hours is included. After hours, holiday, on-site or project work is billable.
